Executive Career Transition: “The Second Half Shift”

A variety of articles and data show that increasing numbers of executives are making mid-life career transitions, in some cases voluntarily, in others, involuntarily. We work with these individuals to help them examine and identify the alignment among their values, wants, needs and goals. We give them insight into options and a concrete plan outlining the steps that will lead them to their new career.
